The hotel is tucked away above Corfe Castle in a very quiet location, ideal for exploring the beautiful Isle of Purbeck. The service was mixed, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff but lacking personal touches like an inquiry about our stay upon checkout. The dining experience was superb, serving high-quality meals in a unique setting of a logging/timber facility. Overall, a great spot for a family wedding with amazing views and plenty of walks right from the doorstep.

The room was small and cold upon arrival due to the underfloor heating system, making it less enticing for leisurely lounging. The setup resulted in a design flaw where using the WC after a shower caused wet feet.
